At Kingdom Sail, our mission is to help young people grow a deeper relationship with Jesus, embrace a spirit of generosity through hands-on missions, and discover a God-given sense of purpose as they sail and serve in the Caribbean. We’re here to equip the next generation to become confident, compassionate leaders who carry the light of Christ wherever life takes them. 

Kingdom Sail isn’t just about learning to sail—it’s about anchoring young lives in Kingdom values that will guide them through every challenge. Here, teens embark on a life-changing adventure, learning to navigate the open seas and the deeper currents of faith, service, and friendship.

Inspiring teens to become all God has destined them to be

As a mom of three children and stepmom to two we have been entrusted with the responsibility to guide our children in their faith journey and help them grow into the men and women of God they are called to be. It is a journey of hope, love and at times uncertainty. We long for them to not only know God’s love but to experience it in transformative ways that will shape their lives forever.
As a keen sailor, and together with my husband Allen, leaders of a local church, we have dedicated ourselves to ministering to teenagers who feel lost, helping them find direction, hope, and identity, all while igniting their faith in Jesus. Kingdom Sail was born out of this mission to provide a fun, engaging environment where teens can grow their sailing skills and deepen their relationship with Jesus.
It’s about learning to navigate the waters while staying anchored in worship and discipleship. Our sailing adventures are designed to challenge and inspire teens to step out of their comfort zones, embrace new skills, and build a stronger connection with Jesus—all in an atmosphere of excitement and joy!

We believe in raising leaders who reflect God’s heart. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead with humility, integrity, and compassion, guiding others through Christ-centred influence, which is the influence that reflects the teachings and example of Jesus Christ.

Service & Stewardship

Following the example of Christ, we live to serve. Through our missional work, we significantly impact the local communities, showing God’s love through acts of kindness, service, and selflessness. This is a source of pride and inspiration for us all. We are entrusted with God’s creation, resources, and opportunities. We manage them with care and gratitude, ensuring that every decision we make honours the Lord and blesses those around us. This sense of responsibility and commitment guides our every action.

Kingdom Generosity

At Kingdom Sail, Generosity is at the heart of everything we do. We are passionate about fighting human trafficking, breaking the chains of addiction, and partnering with remarkable non-profits working on the front lines to bring freedom and restoration to those in need. We donate 10% for every booking to support these life-changing initiatives close to our hearts.

Emwomen empowers women to overcome challenges and achieve their God-given purpose. Dedicated to helping women of all backgrounds, Emwomen offers resources, training, and mentorship to inspire spiritual, personal, and professional growth. Through faith-based teachings and a supportive community.

Olive Crest

Olive Crest Hope Refuge in Santa Barbara transforms the lives of vulnerable children and families through a strong foundation of care, education, and support. With a focus on preventing child abuse, preserving families, and ensuring every child finds a safe, loving home.

Hope Centre Ministries supports men and women battling addictions and life-controlling issues. The recovery homes help people from all walks of life find freedom from addictions, hurts, and hang-ups. They offer a breakthrough model called True Freedom, assisting residents to address the root causes of addiction.

Our desire is for your teen to return home with so much more than just new sailing skills.

We want this experience to become a defining moment—a renewed sense of purpose, a deepened faith, and unforgettable memories of witnessing God’s beauty in creation and His love at work in the lives of others. At Kingdom Sail, every experience brings young people closer to Christ and gives them a foundation to carry through life’s challenges.

Serving Local Communities and Growing the Kingdom Together

At Kingdom Sail, we are committed to enabling the communities we serve to thrive and grow in the Kingdom. Partnering with local churches and community organizations, we engage in missions that reflect God’s love and compassion in practical, impactful ways. Whether providing meals for the hungry, helping run kids’ camps, or supporting local events, our goal is to bless the places we visit, leaving each community with a renewed sense of purpose and vision to expand the Kingdom.
This service is meaningful and counts towards community service hours for college applications. It allows each participant to make a real difference while building a record of service and leadership.
If you’d like to support our local missions, know that every donation goes directly to the communities we partner with, empowering them to continue the work long after we leave. Additionally, you can raise funds towards the missions you’ll be involved in during the trip, inviting friends, family, and others to contribute to the impact we’re making.
